I don't know what help this might be...I'm using a modified cycles approach with a 5 y/o w/ apraxia. I've targeted almost all consonants/sound classes and this has paid huge dividends. At the beginning of the school year he was very unintelligible-10%? and omitted most sounds in his speech. Now he is about 35% intelligible to familiar persons in conversation - /s/ blends have generalized and /k/ and /g/ are emerging in conversation. I believe it benefits our kids to work on all phonemes when it is appropriate because this gives them the chance to gain exposure and make quantum leaps in their phonological systems. You should refer to Hodson's book if you have the chance.
