As a teacher in an autism classroom my first advice would be to make sure the teacher is always telling the student what she wants him to be doing, "Safe Hands" or "Nice Hands", "Personal Space" Don not say "NO" or go into a lengthy explination of why not to jump on others. say "Personal space please" and reward every chance you get for him keeping that distance. You will need to show him what that distance is, teach him what your chosen words mean. "personal space" looks like and demonstrate.
