Does anyone out there give the DAYC? I am getting conflicting answers about double-basals/ double-ceilings and I know all of the tests are different (e.g., CASL uses lowest basal, highest ceiling; ROWPVT & EOWPVT use highest basal and lowest ceiling). Does anyone have the manual or know whether we use highest basal and lowest ceiling?
