Do you know what the antecedents are to this child's behaviors? Data should be taken for a couple weeks to try to determine what is causing the behaviors and why they are doing them. Then a replacement behavior needs to be introduced. For example if he is jumping on students during lunch to get their attention and interact, he needs to be taught what he ought to do that is appropriate, but will give him a same quick response. Also, your social worker should be a great resource as well. They're wonderful with behavior intervention plans!
