Maybe the kid just can't do it now. Did you use the tongue depressor to hold the front of the tongue down as the chilf tried to say the "k" sound after you? Stim. the baqck of the tongue...rub it a bit with the tongue drp. or a nuk brush, be careful you may get the gag reflex. Then try again.
