I agree with Andy and Sherry...a behavior plan must be done with EVERYONE on board...otherwise it does not work.
The program we use often is the Alert Program.

It works very well for children of all ages....but veryone has GOT to be on board. This kid needs a behaviorist. Do you all have one?
