Is the student being removed from the lunchroom or separated from other students when he jumps on someone? Time outs in the classroom? Is he able to understand when you or the teacher tell him that jumping, hitting, biting, whatever behavior is not okay? Is there a counselor or school psych available to help? Are these behaviors new or has he been acting like this the whole school year? What has the teacher been doing up until now? Are the parents involved? Lots of questions without a lot of answers...sorry!
