In MN we have state eligbility criteria so that really helps. https://www.revisor.leg.state.mn.us/rules/?id=3525.1343 In the past our district's speech dept. set a guideline for what tests to use. It helped us all get the same tests in our buildings. But using the same elibility criteria is what helps the most.
