Hi everyone, Our district is having difficulty (as everyone else is) with large caseloads and the inconsistent ways that kids are considered to be eligible for IEP services. I am on a committee to help solve this problem and I would love to hear from all of you how you handle the inconsistencies and your guidelines for eligibility. Also, with the emphasis on RTI and using more curriculum based assessment, does your district have a battery of tests that are used? Maybe not all tests are given, but a standard set of tests to help with consistency?
