Thanks for the information Andy. So I did the eval for the boy 4.8yr and he came out at the 60%ile. He used /f/ for /th/ in all positions and /d/ for voiced /th/ in the medial position. Also produced /w/ for /l/ in the medial and final position. He also had trouble with some blends, Pwane of plane, kwoun for cloun. He is very intelligible and does not seemed phased by these errors. Since these errors are developmental in nature, how should I end the report. Is therapy not reccomended at this time, do they wait to see if it comes naturally, re-eval in 6 months. When do you decifer if its best to start early or wait and let nature take its course?
