I just started working with a 9.8 yr old in a private practice setting and did the CELF4 to gather my own data to develop my treatment plan. Hs receptive language = 47%ile and his expressive language = 32%ile. He had the most trouble with auditory tasks w/o visuals. Formulated sentences-16%ile, understanding spoken paragraphs - 9%ile. Should I reccomend to the parent that they should consider bringing him for a central aud processing eval to rule that piece out?
