Informal Language Screen

I am trying to create an informal language screener for school aged children that I can use before a formal evaluation. I am wondering if anyone has one that they have created or that they use that I might use as well? I was thinking of something that addresses different aspects of language that should be achieved by age/grade??? Thanks!
