Thank you for posting your last statement as just supported what the OP said....we are spread too thin and not able to do our jobs effectively. Again, we are the only professionals trained to correct articulation, but we have to tell parents, "Yes, I could help your child, but it's not our worry in the schools, get private therapy". Isn't that saying "it's not my job" too? How would you like to hear that if it was your child?
Also, why did you change your screen name above to "teachme" and post again? You could have just kept the same screen name
