hello, I was wondering if anyone has had any experience with a severe overjet of the teeth/jaw? I have a 4th grader who has SEVERE articulation especially with /r/ and /l/. He is economically disadvantaged and I do not see him visiting a dentist anytime soon. Do you think it's possible to remediate these errors even with this severe overjet? I'm very lost as to what to do with this kid!
