I checked the Cycles Hierarchy Guidelines, and it had a lot of great information. It did make reference at the end to an outline that had therapy ideas. Is that outline on this website, too? I ask because I am confused as to how to do the actual treatment part. Do you just play games or do whatever you can in order to have the child produce the target 5 words? Or is the therapy session supposed to be more conceptual (i.e. if the child uses final consonant deletion, teaching her the concepts of "beginning, middle, and end" and then applying those to word structure)? I guess what I mean to ask is: is the therapy more language-based than pure production-based? It seems to me that there is a lot of ear-training involved.
