Is this something that is common to only have the errors on one sound ?
No, it's not common at all. People who stutter sometimes have feared sounds...usually associated with the first sound of their names which hold a large emotional component to them, but to only stutter on one sound is pretty unheard of for someone who truly stutters.
I would certainly do some more exploring to see what's going on.
