In Cycles, you do not target /s/ and /z/ individually (/s/ words or /z/ words), you target s-blends only. By targeting the blends, you will see carryover
to /s/, /z/, 'ch', 'sh', /j/ and you do not have to target them individually. It really does work and it's amazing to see it happen.
You can also target /f/, but you do not target /v/ as targeting /f/ carries over to /v/.
