If you have any money in your budget, I'd recommend getting "Frontal Lisp, lateral lisp" by Pam Marshalla. I went from someone who didn't know how to treat lisps to someone who taught other SLPs how to do it . I believe it mentions what to do with an underbite, but I'll have to take a look at it to make sure. http://www.superduperinc.com/products/view.aspx?pid=DYN104
