The Preschool Language Scale 4 (PLS-4) has options of E (elicited) S (spontaneous) and R (report from parent) is probably what you want. It is a good test, although I prefer the CELF-P if the child shows signs of autism. I have had children with autistic characteristics who have done very well on the PLS-4 (not qualifying for tx or exhibiting only a mild delay) and then they have standard scores in the 60's when they are given the CELF-P.
