In his weekly press conference BB said that after the loss to Utah he worked the team hard in practice.
After two away games against powerful opponents I had a feeling the team could have a let down. They are just depleted!
I go back to my point of how coach Mac treated his players. He had the #1 O practice against the #2 D, and vice-versa, and his practices were all about technique.
His philosophy was that he didn't have great depth so he had to save his players for game day. It took him 4 years until the players were in the habit of "bringing it on" when it was time.
It helped of course to have a David Fales.
Anyway, at this point BB is right, they have to start over. I wish him good luck.
