Re: California ties
I'm very excited about these two hires. I think the D will respect Robinson because of his experience with the top programs. I think the players will want to make him a success. The only problem will be if they buy into his schemes and believe. The players will of course want to put last year behind them, and step-it-up. RC is not going to demand that he run a 3-man front. I have a real good feeling about this. It's a different story on the offensive front. This guy is coming off a Super Bowl winning season. I can't see any reason that the OL won't be looking up to him with respect. Again, it's all about having faith and believing. If that happens SJSU will be OK. The real question for next year is who will lead the team at QB. RC can't be any indecision once he elects to go with his man. I'm pulling for Jason Habash, but Blake has a monster arm, and Joe may have knack of where to put the ball. Malik is the wildcard! He looks good on film and has a live arem but his TD/INT ratio wasn't great. I'm really hoping for the best and I think we have areal shot at a bowl game if the offense can score some points. The players will have to work extra hard in the off-season. I hope the new strength and conditioning coach makes an impact. GO SPARTANS!
