For some reason Caragher has created a MASH unit out his roster. There are enough players to fill one side of the ball. Coach Mac was very mindful of the health of the team. I believe the injuries do have an effect on the entire team not just the affected players. Caragher like to say that injuries create opportunity for the next player to move up. This is a careless statement but becoming typical of the Caragher "jive." He also likes to put blame on the players before the coaching. "I thought we were better than that." "it's a problem with execution." Like I said in an earlier post. The SDSU game was lost when on 2nd and 1 yard to go inside the SDSU 20 yard line the OC decide to throw the ball. This right after Jerrod Lawson had a yd. run on first down. If the Spartans would have run the ball, and got that first down it would have taken the steam out of SDSU. Instead they were able to block a field goal and run it back and get into scoring position in a single turn of events. Also, the blocker on the end did fall asleep, letting the SDSU players run unabated and the snap was high. Well, the rest is history now. Anyway, Caragher had better get his head straigt and take care of his team and stop that gung-ho, hell-bent attitude. He just doesn't have the talent to replace everyone that's gone down.
