I would be a bit surprised if, by the end of the season, Malley does not have LaSecla as the starter. He does throw the sharpest and most accurate pass and if we use our big, somewhat slow line well, he stays in the pocket best. More of a classic style quarterback I believe that Tomey may have feared a tendency to fumble when hit. Don't really know how real that is.
