Rick, did coach mention those numbers at the gathering tonight? I thought that we were closer to being out of it now. Losing six scholarships has to be worst in the country still. I had heard that since Tomey has been here (2005) his teams have always met the minimum APR requirement and that the stats were taken on a 4 year rolling average. Well, based on that, Fitz's teams shouldn't be being factored into the average anymore. Either it doesn't work the way I was told or one of Tomey's teams (the first one) didn't finish above the 925 mark. I still think a lot of this had to do with the house cleaning that was done by Tomey by basically saying here is the door if you’re not willing to work and do things his way. If I remember correctly, 20 - 30 kids left. That had to have had some if not a heavy toll on our APR. Now I'm bummed especially if it results in loss of practice time again this year.
