Was told that we had a very good shot at signing TE Sterling Carter (6-4, 200. 2 star, from Torrance HS). It was either a free ride with us or walk-on at UCLA. Also, it appears that Avelino Valencia will be a preferred walk-on (no official word, but I do believe he will be a Spartan). Avelino Valencia
