That's about the most pessimistic reading of that article that you could take, Don.
I guess I'm looking at Kassing leaving the football program in the best shape its been in years. Kassing laid the foundation for success. That doesn't mean there aren't challenges or won't be challenges in the future. And Bowen will leave some day. And Tomey will retire some day. But you know, Knute Rockne left and Notre Dame still played football.
