Even after the Boise State win in the previous year's Fiesta Bowl, the WAC didn't plan ahead to the 2007 BCS possibility?
This just points out a pet peeve of mine that there are easier ways to for bureaucrats do things without spending money on studies. You only have to look at what others in the same situation are doing.
