What happens with Comcast / Fox Sports merger?

So Fox Sports net had a pretty substantial contract with the Pac-10 and Comcast carried the DT Show and about 4 Spartan FB games a year. What gives this year with Comcast taking over Fox Sports Bay Area? I'm assuming they continue with the Pac-10 coverage, but will they still cover Spartan games? Will we get bumped?
