Personally, I think this might have been a bad move for coach Fipp. I think there is a very good chance that Mike Nolan will be out of a job after this coming year. He barely escaped being fired this year, and I do not see a real good chance for improvement. If so, his whole staff will be looking for work. I do not Fipp for a salary raise and a chance to go to the NFL, but this may prove to be a bad move for him in the long run.
