He X'd out Coach Rod's signature and blacked out his phone number. When he first posted that both were visible. One discussion of concern was someone altering the letters to show they had a written offer.
We'll get to see his big bro Jason this season - he's at Stanford now after transferring from Michigan. Interesting family, dad is very involved with their recruiting and the family packs up and visits schools throughout the spring.
Three very talented kids though Tate may be the best suited for QB throughout his career. Jason would have been an AA safety with his size and speed. Chris (now at UCLA) would be an AA wideout with his speed. However, dad/they were intent on playing quarterback.
Too bad Jason transferred. Obviously they couldn't see what was coming at Michigan, but he would be perfect in RR's system and would be a sure starter this year.
As for the letters. I really don't have a problem with them being posted if it is done so the coach's info isn't available or so they can't be reproduced. The kid's earned them and they've been up long enough that the schools/coaches obviously know of them. I suppose having them as such isn't an issue
