Today's baseball game between La Tech and our Spartans was "cancelled" due to rain. I really can't understand how a league game can be cancelled. All league games impact the final standings. It seems to me that the game should be rescheduled. While not ideal, it could be added to the 4 game series between these teams when the Bulldags visit here. It would mean a five game series with two double headers. That's tough but, in my opinion, better than the alternative of not getting the results in to the standings.
