If it's possible for the kids to bond one year to a coach then bond the next year with a new coach that would be ok. Is our faith and bond strong in the Lord like Boise/BYU/Utah? Why do you think those programs do so well?
I don't want to start a spiritual/political/psychological argument but IMO faith is what's missing MOST. Disagree all you want, he who has the ability to hear will know what I speak of. Can we build a successful program if coaches bolt every year? This is the second year in a row at least one of our defensive coaches bolted.
