I've never seen it in print as to who was the main recruiter for which SJSU player. -- not that it matters. Some head coaches prefer that recruiting be seen as a coaching unit effort and not credited to individual assistants.
UA hires new special teams coach - will it help recruiting?

As written about here, the University of Arizona has hired Jeff Hammerschmidt to be their new special teams coach to replace Joe Robinson, who departed to LSU during the offseason.
At first glance, this doesn’t seem like too much of a recruiting subject, but at second glance there is a bit of a wrinkle to it.
Joe Robinson’s departure marked the departure of a special teams coach as well as a rather decent recruiter. Trace Biskin, Vaughn Dotsy, Zander Fabbri and recent addition Mark Watley were all products of Robinson recruiting pitches. His four recruits ranks third on the staff behind Tim Kish and Bill Bedenbaugh who each had five recruits in the 2008 class.
Will Hammerschmidt be able to step in and make an impact in the recruiting game as well as make a mark on the field? Time will tell, but there is not a whole lot in the past to suggest that Hammerschmidt will be a top notch recruiter. According to Rivals.com, ‘Hammer’ has had just one recruit tied to his name in the past two seasons disclaimer San Jose State had no recruiters listed for their prospects during the 2008 cycle so it is possible that he had a hand in a few of their pitches.
