MWS - Chris Panopolous was a long-time SJS fan (30's - 80's) who every year predicted an 11-0 season for the Spartans. He was also a generous man who started seperate compound savings accounts for SJS and Stanford athletic programs that will mature on their 100th anniversary dates - sometime later this century and will be worth several million dollars. Which seemed like a substantial amount of money at the time, but given the way the Federal Reserve has continualy devalued our dollar, it may not a big deal when it comes to maturity.
If you want to know about the money, you can call the Spartan Foundation and they can tell you the status of the account.
