This topic was brought last night during the Q&A with Coach Tomey. To answer your question; No, we do not get any of the scholarships back. What's done is done.
Tomey said that great progress has been made in the classroom, but to expect one more bad APR report (read baggage leftover from the previous regime). After that, we should be in really good shape.
