Fool me once, shame on you. Fool me twice, shame on me. All kidding aside, I'm going to guess that, with SJSU on tenious ground regarding their APR, Afutiti might have been looked upon as having too big a risk of not completing his degree. Afterall, he didn't even complete his high school degree on time.
