I believe you are toying with semantics here.
I agree with you in stating that verbal committments on ST.com are not any more official than that of the one's on this site.
Duh.
And it is true that we only list "official" committments, as do all other sites like rivals as well.
If someone verbals to SJSU, it goes up on the site.
And we only post such verbals on the site.
