Why? Herman Frazier was getting $250k at UH - they don't have the bread to pay more than that for an AD - they're bundling all of their money for a new HC. Besides $250k sounds like a lot of money,but it puts you in a very high tax bracket and the cost of living is really out of sight in Hawaii. Bowen would be lucky to clear $125 - $150k after taxes = Not Worth It
