The only way we are ever going to have continuity with coaches at San Jose State is if we increase salaries to the level of a Fresno State...Pat Hill makes about a million dollars a year...How can we match that if we don't get our donations to increase?...Last year we had only 62 people working on the fund drive and I would venture to say that only half that number were actively soliciting funds...So if you want continuity, its time to put up or shut up...Increase your donation amount and VOLUNTEER to work on the fund drive this year, otherwise stop complaining when coaches leave for greener pastures...Sparty On!
