The UH AD job is Tomey's dreamy job and one he richly deserves.
It would be difficult to hold it against him if he were to accept that position. I for one would congratualte him.
Why he wasn't considered when they hired the last guy, i do no know.
If he does go, he is leaving the program in much better shape than when he found it.
There are good bones here and a hungry, discipline minded coach could continue the progress.
I think Bowen will make the right choice. Look for someone with a Bay Area - Cal connection, if it comes down to it. but I hope it doesn't.
