I agree with 99. The head-coaching turnstile can't continue to spin. We need stability and a coach that'll stick aruond for at least 5-6 yrs b4 moving on. Call me Chicken Little, but if DT leaves now, the sky IS falling. Nobody, imo, on this current staff is ready to step-in and takeover.
