Monsoons are predicted for this weekend. If powerful enough, they will reach Phoeniz in the late afternoon. For those not familar with this type of weather, in Arizona large updrafts of clouds come out of No. Mexico into So. Arizona in the late afternoon and are quite fractured weather systems of rain that can experience heavy rains across the street and you on the other side are bone dry. Very weird.
