Posted by SJSdude on 8/11/2007, 9:43 pm He spent the rest of the practice on the bench, with a number of his teammatates and coaches (including Tomey) asking about his well being. It appears he took a helmet to the knee. He did not ice it, nor did leave the stadium until after the conclusion of practice. He was able to stand up and walk (with a limp) to a cart without help, then was driven off the field. From my complete layman's perspective, it appears he took a hard shot to the knee, but did not twist it, nor suffer ligament damage. Hopefully he will bounce back in a couple of weeks. I'm guessing they tested his knee while he was laying on the field, and determined he still had flexibilty. That would explain why he was not tended to while on the sideline, nor sent directly to the locker room.

Bradis went down with a right knee injury during today's scrimmage. A noticable hush fell over the entire stadium while he was down on the field. After laying down for a number of minutes, he was helped to his feet, then proceeded to walk (with help) to the sideline.
