My prediction is that Coach Nessman will choose to promote from within; i.e., elevate Durwood McCoy from Director of Men's Basketball Operations to Assistant Coach and Tim Marion from Administrative Assistant to DMBO. Durwood McCoy previously served as an assistant coach to George Nessman for one season at Bakersfield College.
