I think when Bowen scheduled the game at ASU, he really thought that we would be able to get out of the Kansas State game and make Week 2 a home date. The game with K-State was a Chuck Bell deal, not Bowen's. So, we don't get out of K-State, the Stanford game last season was switched to Spartan Stadium, moving this year's game to Palo Alto, then the WAC schedules our conference opener as a road game. Boom! Four straight road games to start the year. Nobody planned it that way. It sorta just happened.
