ESPN is probably reluctant to commit to the Boise State vs SJSU game at this point. In WAC play, the Spartans face Utah State, Idaho, Hawaii, and Fresno State prior to the game in Boise. Should SJSU get past those four foes, I have no doubt the game with Boise will be televised.
