She was playing hide and seek with Hesper. Well, had started playing. An accurately good nose, meant that her child was never hard to find, and the fact that Bifröst enjoyed following the tobiano child, made the game a bit easy. So Lycoris was taking her time hunting down the child. She clicked her tongue as she strolled through her home, extremely happily, wagging her little wolf tail.
Nostrils crease and wrinkle as Lycoris stops her wandering step. A swirl of colours surges under her, and tugs around at the streaks of red and grey and pink and white through her mane. Someone stank. It wasn’t a viper sort of stench, it was a ruthless, lawless, I rape babies and have gotten an army of minions on record time, smell. Cringing on the spot, her amber eyes spot him, and there’s a look of distaste that simpers onto her lips, before splitting into a grin.
Because he was running at her.
Ears prick forwards, and Lycoris swerves to face him, quite happily standing her ground, Bifröst surging around her legs. Bridge and steps and slides… were the most noticeable part of Bifröst’s abilities (well, next to the fact it’s rainbows), but it was a defensive tactic too. The speckled mare was more than delighted to have a use for a shielding ability of her rainbows.
But he stops.
The colour is surging up in waves around her breastplate as he nears, and giggles beginning choking in the back of her mouth because you know what? He looked ridiculous (although she does like his sexy tattoo). The giggles rise in her mouth and breathe out with colours that lick and teas towards the drooling, heaving, stinky stallion, and is broken only by her wrinkling nostrils. “Uhgh, you smell,” Lycoris takes a step back, tail snapping with a slur of colours. “Shouldn’t you be loitering in the shadows of Desreál?” Her question is innocent, not accusing, as she sniffs, to check the mix of scents, lips twitching in a bit of s grimace, that with a bit of a disbelieving giggle, turns upwards to a broad smile.
