Freya is left behind when Wicked goes to find Alcatraz again. This is one part of Wicked's life that she does not want the filly involved in - ever. It is a strange feeling, being ripped in two by the guild she feels and her strong desire to please Alcatraz, come what may. At some point in the past few days she may have wondered whether she would even spare her daughter's own life if the Keeper asked her to kill her, but the thought was so swiftly repressed that it has not come up again. She can only hope that Alcatraz intends to be good to her - in fact, that question will be the first order of business when she seeks him out today. Being in his presence feels right to her, and she can tell that she is getting close to him by the sense of peace that calms her racing heart. She is at home with him; she is his pet. Perhaps if she were still her own creature the thought of being someone's pet would make her stomach turn, but it is oddly satisfying when she thinks of it now. Perhaps she, in her loneliness, was already disposed toward the life of a slave to the Keeper. It meant that she would always belong as long as the shard was in him. His power was her gain as well, and she would fight to the death to protect it. Alcatraz, I am sorry for my...absence. She does not know if he is aware that she gave birth or not, but it is not something that she thinks she should bring up just now. Now is the time for other things. I thought about what you asked me before...if there is anyone I want...laid to rest? She pauses, her brow furrowing for a moment. I have no enemies. I have never had any reason to make enemies, because I have never ventured very far from Andarin. I love Andarin and those who love it, and I hate those who might plot against it. I will go with you wherever you wish and fight whatever fight you fight, but I ask...that you not ask me to harm any of the Wolves. At the end of her speech, she averts her eyes, looking away as if she is afraid he will be angry with her. If he is, what can she do? She is a slave to his whims. earth, lvl III gold WICKED
