Andarin: The Mountains: that does not make sense.

The wraith-like creature moved sinuously through the trees, his steel grey body filtrating like shadows through the dusky woods. His volatile element thrummed vivaciously against his pelt, the deadly and constant reminder of his wicked power.

A snarl of electricity wove its way towards the other, tearing through fog and fern alike – splitting ferns and rendering saplings as it plummeted towards the body of Strandwolf. The explosive strand of electricity violently leapt from Alcatraz to the other, a thin line leading the Savage towards the Hyena. The shock was small, but it was clear Alcatraz’s mastery of the element, for the small shock came like a shock-wave, sudden and violent. The skies above them bent with his terrible power, and the atmosphere tremored as he sent thousands of invisible volts from his body. He used his element to find the other – it lead the way like a rope through a dark cavern.

Once he neared the stallion his gaze grew more critical – he doubted this wriggly-worm was a creature of Andarin. The horse did not have the obvious muscle from tackling the mountain, nor the sleek look of a predator. Alcatraz sighed resignedly, realizing he was dealing with a viper.

Alcatraz never much liked snakes.

He stared coldly, his gaze never once faltering. “You’ve come?” His eyes trailed along the other’s backside, towards the abdomen. He did not see any obvious signs of him coming. Alcatraz always took things too far.

“I don’t like snakes.”
