Posted by Scott Deadilus on 3/13/2004, 5:15 pm The infected file that is downloaded is an application - a 'dialer' program - containing a trojan. You will not be infected unless you actually run this application (which may well occur if you click 'yes' during the popup). However, to be safe, you should delete all your temporary internet files after use (for windows 95/98/Me users, go to c:\Windows\Temporary Internet Files, press CTRL+A and delete; for Windows NT/2000/XP users you will need to access the relevant profile and go to the Temporary Internet Files folder, and likewise press CTRL+A and then delte). TO THE SOULTREK ADMIN - please can i suggest you contact the provider of the email pages, and raise this point with them...

Once again, another virus warning from me! However, this time the probelm originates in one of the popups that occurs during the soultrek.net email page.
Sorry for the slow warning on this one - I rarely go to the soultrek email page.
If you are worried your computer may be infected, then update your antivirus and scan all hard disks thoroughly (free antivirus can be found from the previous Virus Warning email).
